    Story

    From possibility to leadership

Julissa Mateo Abad's story is not defined by where she started, but by how she learned, from a very early age, to identify opportunities where others saw limits.

She grew up in an environment where dreaming big wasn't always expected. Even so, she developed a mindset that marks her work today: resilience, creativity, and a deep conviction that growth is not granted — it is built.

"Nobody gives you permission to dream big. That decision is always yours."

Julissa's professional career has developed across the entire lifecycle of technology and execution. She has worked directly on multiple fronts — from technical areas to strategic roles — which allowed her to develop an uncommonly comprehensive vision.

Over time, she identified a constant pattern in projects: projects don't fail for lack of technology, but for lack of leadership, clarity, and human preparation.
