    I'm a senior Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst, and digital transformation consultant with 10+ years leading high-impact programs across LATAM, the US, and Europe. I led the digital transformation program for the Government of El Salvador, contracted by the Ministry of Economy as the technical project lead, coordinating institutional stakeholders, vendors, and technology workstreams. With Distribuidora Corripio (54+ companies) I led the omnichannel transformation, rolling out 2,400 Office 365 licenses and redesigning core operational processes. For Zoetis I standardized Petcare Marketing SOPs and governance. For DISH I led the Salesforce → Odoo migration as Business Analyst and Product Owner. For Phoenix Calibration I created the PMO from scratch and rebuilt the agile SDLC. For Domus Flats / North Management in Miami I coordinated a full hospitality tech launch — vendor orchestration, PMS integrations, smart access, and launch readiness.
